What it was
A wearable computer from Humane that used voice, camera input and a projected laser display with cloud-based AI services.
The AI Pin was sold as an alternative to phone-centered computing and shipped to paying customers in 2024. Reviews found serious limitations, but its larger archival problem came from dependence on Humane's servers: without them, much of the device's identity could not function.
